Return & Refund Policy
At Goofy Goose Company, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must:
- Be unused and in original condition
- Include original tags, packaging, and accessories
- Not show signs of wear, damage, or alteration
To start a return, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and clearance reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Final sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Used, worn, or damaged items
- Items missing original packaging or tags
- Certain personal or consumable products, if applicable
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need an exchange, contact us and we will help make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was:
- Damaged on arrival
- Defective
- Incorrectly shipped by us
Shipping charges from the original order are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the normal return process.
